One-time ops packages that cover calendar-month overage before tiered billing kicks in. Unused balance rolls over; the remaining balance is derived from usage history since the start month. Changes reach the dashboards within ~15 minutes.

Show a friendly name instead of the raw license-DB name across all dashboard views and the TV kiosks. Display-only — shared capacity groups and 'Name - Env' prefix grouping still match on the original name, and this settings page always shows original names. Selecting an org that already has an override updates it.
