Getting a working deployment in place.
Maps clinical episodes to ADSE packages and computes authorisation requirements. Two flows: "Instanciar Episódios" (reads billing view from DB every 2–3h) and "Carregar Propostas de CSV" (manual). Dev complete; awaiting validation of mapping logic with Elisabete Pereira and production DB/API access.
