Use cases, infra deployment and process transformation — each with its own stage timeline and SLA
Getting a working deployment in place.
Invoice sending (CRM contact lookup, eligibility, case management) + collections notices with value bands and alert routing + one-off old-debt outreach. Both main flows tested and working; live test with 10 real clients mid-September. Pending from VDA before production: iManage IP whitelisting, faturacao@vda.pt read permission, decision bands, CRM/BSC env changes, AlManus API credentials.
