Self-hosted deployment on JM's GCP (Notion: Cloud Run, owner Lourenço). Azure AD SSO configured; role mapping (all users as owner) being corrected. Cloud NAT Gateway recommended for egress instability. Plus a SaaS workspace for JMA.
JMA (Agroalimentar). Weekly wholesale/retail price scraping + ad-hoc web research, output into the Shopping Builder Excel with price deconstruction. Live, but contested: March 2026 JMA demanded stabilisation (fewer retailers/SKUs per business area, log-error correction loop, closed search-term library, separate web-research DB) and refused to consider the work complete. Notion: "Waiting feedback", refactoring into segmented flows agreed 15 Jan. Web-research component handed to Manuel Santos + JMA IT.

Organisational friction — no JM-side project manager
Leadership changes (Pingo Doce), ego dynamics and no JM-side project manager have slowed adoption; Contract Audit stalled partly on unclear cost ownership.
Mitigation: Push for a named JM project owner per track; keep Giuliana as coordinator.
